Abstract
Strong winds can easily lead to human imbalance, and existing research rarely involves personnel safety and human imbalance. Aiming at the problem of static imbalance of human body under normal strong wind, four kinds of human body imbalance modes are proposed, and the corresponding imbalance critical wind speed formula is deduced, considering the influence of different imbalance factors. The results show that the critical wind speed of friction imbalance and torsion imbalance is related to the friction coefficient. The actual imbalance mode of human body is torque imbalance, and the critical wind speed of 30° wind angle imbalance is the lowest (13.44 m/s). The human body will be unbalanced in different wind levels due to differences in weight and height. Therefore, when the wind weather warning signal is yellow, orange and red, people should not go out. The study reveals the characteristics of human imbalance under the action of strong winds, and provides an important reference for personnel escape and government emergency management during wind disasters.
